Professor Wendy Wan

Chair of KIP Consulting

Professor Wendy Wan, who holds a PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from The University of Hong Kong. She specialises in the application of psychological principles to address challenges related to international business and consumer marketing. Her outstanding research contributions have been published in esteemed international journals, including JPSP and JIBS, and she has received accolades from renowned publishers. With a wealth of teaching and research experience from various esteemed universities worldwide, Professor Wan brings a global perspective to our consultancy.

As a business consultant, Professor Wan has been providing her expertise to governmental bodies and corporations since 1996. Her diverse client portfolio includes Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Sun Hung Kei Properties, China Construction Bank, PPF Group, HSBC, New York Life Insurance Company, American Express Card, Philip Morris International, British American Tobacco, GlaxoSmithKline, Blackmores, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Midea Group, CP Lotus, AmInBev, Jacuzzi, Calligaris, illy, BP plc, and ANZ.

Shane Day

Executive Director KIP Consulting

Shane Day is a London-based social psychologist, financial consultant, and investment strategy advisor. He is currently PhD candidate in Psychosocial Studies at Birkbeck College, University of London, while serving as a linguist at THG plc (LSE:THG), Chairman of UK Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. He has a Master of Business Administration from University of London.

His forte lies in applying psychological principles to address international business and non-profit operational challenges, especially in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. He has spearheaded research projects and international conferences, and has forged collaborations with governments and private entities, and organising events at the UN headquarters and the LSE etc. He has collaborated with Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan, Taipei City Government, CTBC Bank Taiwan, and Fubon Financial Holding, etc. Shane Day 戴翌軒

Barry Unger, EdD

An accomplished expert on psychology, high technology and venture capital businesses, Dr. Unger has founded and participated in numerous companies, including Kurzweil Computer Products, Inc., which became Xerox Imaging Systems. He is a member of Boston University’s Faculty of Photonics, and cofounder and chair emeritus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum. Unger served in President Carter’s administration as senior advisor on science and technology, and is the recipient of the Vincent A. Fulmer Lifetime Achievement Award at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Professor Shulamith Kreitler, PhD

Professor Shulamith Kreitler of Tel Aviv University is a leading figure in psychological sciences and heads the Psychooncology Research Centre at Sheba Medical Center, Israel. Educated in psychology, philosophy, and psychopathology, her international academic tenure includes positions at Harvard, Princeton, and Yale. A prolific author, Kreitler has developed foundational theories in meaning and behaviour, contributing extensively to health psychology. Her psychosocial pursuits span cognitive studies to psycho-oncology, impacting both theory and clinical practice. She is a certified clinical and health psychologist
